Discovered Bugs for v1.0

Quick PSA - I have some people testing and so far found some bugs/needed enhancements:

1. The I need to add more save points in the last stage. It's definitely the most difficult and deadly. In fact, one in the villa is not working...so don't die or else it's back to the start. I will be fixing the broken one, and adding another prior to the challenge to get key #3 which my testers are finding truly frustrating.
2. A couple of the options were not working in the options screen.
3. Last but not least - I made this using a PC with an Nvidia GTX 3070. I need to add lower tiered graphics settings to accommodate less powerful systems.  One of my testers was playing this on a $600 gaming laptop (apparently that's a thing) and was getting ~12-15 fps. Ideally I'd like to have a graphics setting that gets him to 40 fps at least.
